Our Freshness Guarantee

At Gourmet Haven, quality is non-negotiable. Every product we sell is held to the highest standards.

Sourcing

We work directly with small-batch producers, artisan farms, and specialty importers across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Every supplier undergoes a rigorous quality audit before joining our platform.

Cold Chain Logistics

Perishable products are packed in insulated boxes with food-grade gel packs, maintaining 2–8°C for up to 48 hours in transit. We only ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays.

Best Before Dates

All products are clearly labelled with best-before dates. We guarantee a minimum of 7 days' shelf life on fresh items and 3 months on dry and preserved goods upon delivery.

Freshness Promise

If any product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, photograph it and contact us within 24 hours. We will issue a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.
