Placing an Order

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Select your delivery date — we offer standard (3–5 days) and express (next-day) options.
3. Choose a gift wrapping option if this is a present.
4. Complete payment via card, PayPal, or Gourmet Haven gift card.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Perishable orders include a temperature tracker to ensure cold chain integrity throughout delivery.

Order Modifications

Changes can be made up to 2 hours after placing the order. Contact us via live chat or email immediately if you need to amend your order.
