Returns and Refunds Policy
Perishable Products
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable goods, we do not accept physical returns. However, if a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement upon review.
Non-Perishable Products
Unopened non-perishable items (oils, vinegars, spices, confections) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, undamaged packaging.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1 business day.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, we will ship the correct item via express delivery at no charge. You are not required to return the incorrect item.
Filing a Complaint
We take all feedback seriously. Use the Contact Us form, rate your order experience in the app, or email our quality team directly. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
